4th of July

The Toquerville Royalty is responsible to help prepare the free breakfast on the 4th of July.  The girls wore their cute aprons they received as part of their gift bags at the pageant.  Then they served the breakfast to all.  There were around 100 people that came to eat.  It was a great turn-out.  The program was extra special as our retired Mayor Ken Powell was the emcee for the event.  There were many musical numbers including the girls performing American Kid.  Jess played her guitar.  Then it was time for the games.  The girls were in charge of all the games and we were able to get a really fun dunk booth.  There were 4 councilmen that were willing to be auctioned off and dunked.  Even Mayor Powell was auctioned off.  We had a lot of fun!
